•- Compliance audits to specific codes, standards or company procedures.
•- Workplace hazard inspections and risk assessments.
•- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management Plan development or review.
•- Safe work method statements (SWMS) development, review or audits.
•- Safety leadership development, mentoring and coaching for safety culture improvement.
•- Prequalification, performance evaluations and auditing of subcontractors.
- Development and delivery of tailored OHS, Environmental and Quality training programs.
- Lead incident investigations using Taproot or ICAM methodologies and preparation of comprehensive root cause analysis reports.
- Occupational Hygiene assessments.
•- Assistance with preparation of OHS, Environment and Quality tender schedule responses and evaluation of tender submissions.
