It didn’t look perfect , it tasted like confidence 🍊💛

This morning, I opened the fridge and noticed that pack of phyllo pastry I bought a while ago.

You know… the “one day I’ll use it” type of thing we all have 😅

I had some oranges sitting there too, and I thought: what dessert could I make without going to the store?

So, I asked my friend Google , and that’s how I discovered portokalopita, a Greek orange cake I’d never tried before.

I found all the ingredients I needed right at home, and just started baking.

No fancy setup, no perfect kitchen lighting , just me.

It didn’t come out like in the magazine pictures, it was delicious.

Even better? Seeing my kids around the table, enjoying every bite, laughing, talking , those little moments that make life feel full.

A few years ago, I wouldn’t have recorded myself doing this.

I wouldn’t have had the courage to share something so simple and imperfect.

But confidence grows one small step at a time , 1% more every day.
1% more trust in yourself, 1% more courage to try, 1% more joy in just being present.

Because life isn’t about perfect results.
It’s about imperfect moments that bring us together , and sometimes, they taste like oranges 🍊💛

✨ What’s something small you’ve done recently that made you feel proud, even if it wasn’t perfect?

I’d love to read your stories below 👇

You dream of a place you’ve never been , you know every corner.

You wake up with details that make no sense:
the street names, the scent of rain, the sound of laughter that feels familiar.

That isn’t imagination.
It’s memory speaking in symbols.

In regression, those dreams often become fragments of forgotten lives
unfinished stories your soul still carries.

The subconscious doesn’t make things up.
It reveals them — gently, symbolically, until you’re ready to remember.

Because when dreams stop being random,
they start becoming revelations.

💭 Tell me:
Have you ever had a dream that felt too real to be a dream?
Maybe it wasn’t fantasy , maybe it was a message from memory.

🪶 Your soul remembers everything. The dream is how it shows you what’s next.

The Familiar Stranger

Have you ever met someone for the first time…
and felt like you’ve come home?

It’s not just chemistry.
It’s memory.

In regression work, we call this soul recognition —
the moment when two timelines touch,
and your body remembers before your mind does.

Sometimes it’s a stranger who feels like safety.
Sometimes it’s a friend who feels eternal.
Sometimes it’s someone you can’t explain —
but can’t forget.

You haven’t met before in this life.
But your souls have.

And when you meet again,
it’s not to repeat the past —
but to complete it.

🪶

Have you ever felt emotions that make no sense — sadness with no reason, fear with no origin?
Sometimes, the soul remembers what the mind cannot.
Past life regression doesn’t create new stories.
It helps you make peace with the ones still echoing inside you.
✨ You don’t need to remember everything.
Just what you’re ready to release.

Saboteurs in the Game… and in Our Lives

This afternoon , together with our kids, we played the Saboteur game , the real life game , running, laughing, trying to figure out who the ‘impostor’ was. There weee few rounds, enoughfot me to figure it out how to play it. 😂😂😂 At first, it felt like just a game. But then I realized, isn’t this exactly what life feels like sometimes?

We move through our days, completing tasks, while certain invisible patterns sabotage us from within.

Patterns that don’t even belong to this lifetime.

That’s where Past Life Regression comes in.

It helps you uncover those hidden ‘impostors’ that keep you stuck , and free yourself to live fully now.

Join me this Thursday for my FREE 2-hour Past Life Regression workshop.

Let’s discover what your soul has been carrying… and how to play the game of life fulfilled.

“But is it real? Or am I just imagining it?”

People ask me that a lot.

My answer:
“Does it matter, if it changes you?”

The subconscious doesn’t care about logic.
It speaks in symbols. Feelings. Flashbacks.

And when you tap into that kind of remembering…
Something unlocks.

That’s what we’ll access — together — next week.

What do you think is more important: body care, mindset, or mental health? 🤔

Truth is, they all work together! When you nurture your mind, body, and soul, you create a balanced and empowered version of yourself.

Self-care isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s the harmony between taking care of your physical health, sharpening your mindset, and protecting your mental well-being. Which one do you focus on most? Let us know below! ⬇️

$15 AN HOUR. THAT'S WAS MY WORTH UNTIL I DECIDED I WASN'T
That moment changed everything for me. It was the day I chose to stop playing small and start my own barbershop. Here’s why your "why" matters.

After finishing barber school, I took a casual job at a shop. I had years of experience, but I was paid $15 an hour, working Saturdays for 6 hours. That was the deal.

One day, after just 4 hours, my boss said, “We’ve had cancellations. You can go.” I left with $60 in my pocket. I sat in my car, tears rolling down my face, and thought: “This isn’t what I want for my future.”

That was it. In that moment, I made a decision: I would never work for someone else again. I wanted freedom. I was done settling. I knew I was going to make my business thrive. And that’s exactly what I did.

I knew my worth. I stopped settling for less than I deserved and set clear boundaries. I wasn't going to let anyone else decide my value.

Then, I made a plan that aligned with my vision. What did freedom look like for me? What kind of business would make me feel fulfilled? Answering these questions gave me direction and clarity.

From there, I committed to the grind. It wasn’t easy starting my own barbershop. But every challenge became fuel because my "why" was stronger than any obstacle. Today, Be The Man Barber is thriving because I built it with purpose.

And on tough days, I always go back to my "why." That’s what keeps me going. It’s not just the reason I started; it’s the fire that keeps me pushing every single day.

Your "why" matters more than anything. When your "why" is strong, there’s no stopping you.

What’s your "why"? Share your story in the comments—I’d love to hear what drives you!

NEVER IMAGINED THAT IMPROV COMEDY WOULD BE THE GAME CHANGER IN MY LIFE
It wasn’t just about making people laugh , it was about finally finding my voice.

Sixteen years ago, I moved to Australia, English being my second language. Passing the IELTS test was just the beginning.

But even after years of living here, I still struggled to express myself clearly. At home, we still speak Romanian, and when I’m in public, my mind sometimes processes my thoughts in Romanian first before translating them to English.
And that made communication hard. It wasn’t just about knowing the words—it was about making them flow naturally.

Then, something unexpected happened: improv comedy.

Here’s what I did: improv pushed me to think on my feet. I couldn’t sit there translating everything in my head – I had to react quickly. My brain learned to process ideas in real time, without overthinking. Suddenly, speaking became smoother.

I also realized something huge – I didn’t need to speak perfectly. In improv, perfection doesn't exist. You roll with whatever comes out, and that took the pressure off me. I stopped worrying about getting every word right and focused on connecting.

Another big shift? I began using more than just words. I learned that how you move, how you gesture, even the way you use your tone can speak volumes. I became more expressive, and communication became easier.

Plus, improv teaches you to adapt. You can’t plan ahead – you have to go with the flow, just like in life and business. I got better at thinking on my feet, handling surprises, and rolling with whatever came my way.

And finally, I learned how to really listen. Not just hear people, but truly listen. Because in improv, you can’t respond unless you’ve caught everything the other person said. That totally changed how I connect with others, both in business and at home.

Improv showed me that communication isn’t about being perfect – it’s about being present.

Ever struggled with communication? Comment below and tell me your story—I’d love to hear it!

“LATER” is just an excuse. There’s only “NOW”.

This is a truth that we often ignore until life forces us to confront it.

I learned that the hard way.

When my family and I moved to Australia 16 years ago, we had nothing but two kids, four suitcases, and zero clue about what the future held. Like most immigrants, we worked hard, telling ourselves we’d do things later—once we were “settled.”

I’ll call my parents later. I’ll take the kids out later. Later I will make time for things that mattered. Later, later, later.

But life doesn’t wait. My dad got sick and passed away. My kids grew up while I was stuck in “later” mode. One day, I just woke up and thought, enough’s enough.

I turned “later” into now—and everything changed.

Here’s what I’ve learned about growing a business without putting your life on hold:

1. Set real priorities.
Don’t let “later” steal your time. Block out time for your family, your health, and the stuff that really matters—right now. Work will always be there, but those moments won’t. No client meeting is more important than those moments.

2. Get your systems in place.
The right systems make life so much easier, give you freedom. Whether it’s client bookings or managing cash flow, automate what you can so you’re not running around like crazy.

3. Learn to delegate.
You can’t do it all. Trust me, I’ve tried! Get the right people around you, teach them well, and let them help. You’ll actually get more done, and gain back your time.

4. Create boundaries—and stick to them.
Saying “no” isn’t selfish—it’s smart. If you want balance, you’ve got to protect your time. No business is worth missing out on your life.

5. Stop waiting for later.
You’ll never regret time spent with your loved ones. But you’ll regret waiting until it’s too late. Don’t let your business steal the moments that really count.

At the end of the day, we all want the same things—freedom, family, balance. You know it deep down.

What’s one thing you’re turning “later” into now for? Drop a comment—I’d love to hear your story!
