Menโs Health Week - June 2026 Initiative โ Ikigai Brotherhood Connection Challenge
As part of our ongoing commitment to Work Health and Safety, including psychological health and wellbeing, we are supporting the Ikigai Brotherhood Connection Challenge.
This initiative aligns with our duty to eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks, including social isolation, lack of support, and reduced workplace connection.
โข All workers and leaders are encouraged to participate through simple, practical actions:
โข Engage in genuine check-ins with colleagues, peers, or members of their support network
โข Promote positive social connection within teams and across the organisation
โข Demonstrate behaviours that contribute to a psychologically safe workplace
Where appropriate, participation may also include:
โข Capturing and sharing examples of positive connection (photos or videos)
โข Promoting the initiative across internal and external communication channels
โข Using to support broader community awareness
This initiative supports a proactive approach to mental health, reinforcing that strong workplace cultures are built on connection, trust, and support.
Good excuse to reconnect and have some real conversations.
