We also got to meet the newest members of our leadership team for the first time and introduce our new values, IMPACT. The session also gave us the chance to recognize the team, with plenty of raffle wins throughout.

We would like to welcome Zameer Ahmed as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In this pivotal role, Zameer will lead Finance, Commercial Services, Facilities and Administration services for MicroSourcing, helping us build the strong foundations needed to support our next stage of growth. 📈

🌎 With 30 years of global experience across North America, Latin America and the APAC regions, Zameer is a highly accomplished professional specializing in financial strategies, governance and organizational controls. His expertise spans IFRS, treasury, tax regulation and commercial finance, with a proven track record in improving P&L efficiencies, managing mergers and acquisitions and driving finance transformation.

His previous experience includes successfully managing mergers and acquisitions and spearheading finance transformation at companies like Foundever and RR Donnelley. Zameer is also a passionate mentor who enjoys developing young finance leaders.

Beyond his technical expertise, Zameer is a passionate mentor, committed to developing the next generation of finance leaders. We’re confident his leadership will play a key role in guiding us toward even greater success.

As part of our continued growth journey, we’re thrilled to welcome Katherine Sy (Katsy) as our new Head of Marketing & Communications.

Katsy will lead the Marketing & Communications function for both MicroSourcing and Beepo, driving our next chapter of brand transformation and growth.

Katsy brings with her 17+ years of global leadership experience in marketing, communications and sales enablement. She has successfully led initiatives in branding, demand generation, digital campaigns, client communications, bid and proposal management and go-to-market strategy - designing programs that elevate visibility and fuel business growth.

Her leadership philosophy is rooted in creative empowerment, bold collaboration and belief in the power of Filipino talent on the global stage. Outside of work, Katsy is a devoted animal rescue advocate and proud fur parent to six rescues! 🐾
