Sell My House Fast No Fees HI, Jenny and I are property investors and consultants that buy a couple of properties per month. We only buy properties privately.

We buy either for clients in our Home ownership program or for ourselves. If the numbers work for you and they work for us, then we go ahead with the transaction that way. Is this something that would be of interest to you? When we buy our properties, we typically pay market value for them. We buy them quickly and since we buy our properties privately, our sellers pay NO FEES. Finally, our sellers experience much less frustration and disappointment when selling their property to us.

Mathematics:

This comes from 2 math teachers with a combined total of 70 yrs. experience.

It has an indisputable mathematical logic. It also made me Laugh Out Loud. This is a strictly ..... mathematical viewpoint.. and it goes like this:

What Makes 100%?

What does it mean to give MORE than 100%?

Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%.

How about achieving 103%?

What makes up 100% in life?

Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

If:

Is represented as:

Then:

H-A-R-D-W-O-R-K

K-N-O-W-L-E-D-G-E
11+14+15+23+ 12+5+4+7+5 = 96%

But ,

A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E
1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 =100%

And,

B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T

AND, look how far ass kissing will take you.

So, one can conclude with mathematical certainty, that while Hard work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there. Its the Bu****it and Ass Kissing that will put you over the top. Now you know why some people are where they are!

Been geting a number of people calling wanting to downsize, kids have gone, house is too big. Could be Baby Boomers on the move?
We'll certainly take a look at the indivudual situations and see what we can do to help the sellers achieve their goal. If the asking price is reasonable we may buy the property or find a buyer for their house through our Home Ownership Program. Either way, a good outcome for sellers.

Update on finding a buyer for Tony's house. We have a buyer, Amanda who loves the house so now we have to do the regular checks on her so we know that she can really afford the property. Also need to check Amanda's credit rating to make sure it doesn't look too bad, a slight blemish is ok. We do this because we must have the best outcome for both buyer and seller.
