Located in Ipswich, the Nicholas Street Precinct is a major renewal project aimed at revitalising the region.

Our concept celebrates Ipswich’s character, by offering a modern interpretation of the district’s rich mining and industrial heritage.

The tessellated forms are inspired by the distinct tile patterns that flow throughout the site, whilst the interconnecting layers represent both the community unity, and the coal seams that are central to the precinct’s history.

The concept establishes a unique visual identity for Nicholas Street Precinct, while also delivering a seamless, intuitive navigational experience – helping to create a place the community can both navigate with ease and feel proud of.

Greystar has launched Victoria’s largest build-to-rent development, featuring 700 apartments spread across three towers in Fisherman’s Bend, Australia’s largest urban renewal area.

The wayfinding concept draws inspiration from the architecture and interior design. Elegant typography gracefully integrates with the building’s premium architecture, creating a play of light that complements the sophisticated design throughout.

With the goal of establishing a unique aesthetic for Greystar properties, we were thrilled to see our new wayfinding system recently completed at 14–16 Yarra Street, South Yarra, further extending its presence across multiple BTR sites.

5 Bond Street is a future-focused commercial office building in Ringwood, ideally located next to Eastland Shopping Centre and a short walk from Ringwood Station, offering excellent access to public transport and road networks across Greater Melbourne.

Our wayfinding concept adopts a minimal and restrained approach, seamlessly integrating with the architecture and drawing inspiration from its linear forms and detailing.

The material palette mirrors the architectural finishes - mature, polished and refined, yet imbued with a warm, relaxed and local character.

QV Melbourne is a leading shopping, dining and entertainment precinct in the heart of the CBD, known for its expansive footprint and network of interconnected laneways.

The site captures the essence of the quintessential Melbourne lifestyle - vibrant, dynamic and eclectic - and our wayfinding system was designed to reflect that spirit through a distinctive and considered design solution.

With perforated faces, faux-neon elements, custom iconography and exposed fixings, the signage references QV’s raw industrial aesthetic. A natural terracotta red draws attention within the space while complementing the newly upgraded Food Hall interior.

As the system continues to expand across the site, we’re excited to support the evolution of this iconic Melbourne destination.

Canberra Centre, the largest retail destination in the ACT, spans several city blocks on the northern edge of the city centre. We were delighted to continue our collaboration on this asset, extending our work throughout the site’s complex multi-level car parks.

Our design features bold colour identities, integrated PGS, large-scale supergraphics, articulated entrances, and clear information delivery throughout, to overhaul the user experience for arriving and departing patrons.

With further interventions currently being delivered across the site, we are excited to see the user experience at Canberra Centre continue to evolve in the months to come.

Located within the Nicholas Street Precinct, the newly opened entertainment venue features striking Art Deco-inspired architecture, with sweeping arched entrances and expansive open spaces.

Our award-winning wayfinding and placemaking interventions were designed to celebrate the building’s architectural character. The feature wall, skylight frit, and ornate signage work together to create a unique visual language that complements and enhances the overall design of the space.
