ISO Global started operating in 2003 with the mission of developing user-friendly easy-to-follow and cost-effective ISO 9001 systems that add value, rather than paperwork, to a business. Prior to this ISO 9001 certification was only available to large organisations, and having an ISO system meant having to maintain a large manual with extensive paperwork. This made the cost of certif

ication and the maintenance of such a complex system prohibitively expensive for many businesses. Since our inception, we have developed and implemented management systems for hundreds of small to medium businesses in almost every industry possible. In the time that we have been operating, we have managed to dispel some common myths, including the perception that only large organisations can afford ISO 9001 certification and that ISO 9001 certification means having lots of paper work. Our systems are developed to suit the needs of your business, be easy to follow and support future growth. We pride ourselves on having a 100% success rate. Our unique approach has led to the successful certification of all of our customers, who have been able to easily maintain their systems since certification.

At the start of this year, we knew it was going to be a challenging 12 months. Little did we know then just how unusual and challenging the year would turn out to be…
2021 has been a tough year. COVID-19 has had a disruptive impact on all of our lives.

When I reflect on these months, I feel proud of the way in which the ISO Global team swiftly adapted to new, digital ways of working and embraced the procedures of our business, ensuring a smooth transition to a new routine.

As ISO Global Director, I am also proud, more than ever, of our timely and consistently high quality service to all clients requiring a rapid response during the crisis, including assisting with discounted rates and more flexibility in payment terms to help smaller businesses be able to stay afloat.

The year 2021 has taught us many lessons and I feel we will all emerge from it strengthened and enriched.

The pandemic has shown us the value of partnerships and communities and how, together, we can make a difference to people’s lives.

I would like to send all of the ISO Global team, the businesses we work with and our valued clients, Season’s greetings and warm wishes for a safe and healthy 2022!
