She has held roles in government, the private sector and community organisations and now is inspired to facilitate collaboration between these spheres, building common ground to leverage greater outcomes for communities. A sense of purpose to 'connect communities through creativity' has guided Chloe's fulfilling career, and is now manifest as Strategic Artistry. Prior to Strategic Artistry, Chloe held a policy role managing intergovernmental relations, advising and representing the 152 Councils across the state relating to arts and culture. She built capacity of the sector through delivering resources, forums, conferences & awards, including events at Vivid Ideas in 2013 and 2014.
