I like it when the Aussie dollar hits it's sweet spot.......somewhere around US$0.85. That keeps our exports more competitive, makes Australian tourism more attractive and doesn't cause too much pain on imports and international travel. I would like the selloff to stop now.

It is ok to be not ok.....but find someone to talk to about it. Be nice to yourself. Wishing you good physical health, mental health and a prosperous end to the financial year.

Mental illness appears to have increased by a third in the last decade. Depression is now the primary mental health disorder.
