This week I received the Hall of Fame award for Educator of the Year by Professional Speakers Australia – PSA. I am humbled, honoured and thrilled. In my practice, I work at both ends of the continuum from good to great to the dysfunctional and toxic. It's a huge responsibility, often risky, is dependent on trust, empathy and unswerving focus on outcomes but what a privilege to be in the room when magic happens! I can't believe the clients with whom I still get to work after 26 years and the calibre of previous winners including amongst others Lisa McInnes Smith, Glenn Capelli, Amanda Gore, David Penglase, Colin James, Ian Stephens and the late Max Walker.

Pleased to be quoted in this The Guardian article on psychologically safe and unsafe workplaces. Interesting thoughts from intelligent and informed women who understand first hand that turning the tide can only happen with resolute and courageous leadership. Sadly these situations when they occur take no prisoners every time and the threat of victimisation at all levels can stop good people from doing the right thing. The right thing by the way is not assuming guilt. It is taking seriously without taking sides and seeking the "closest truth" we can taking into account the facts and circumstances flowing to appropriate, proportional action. NO

My latest article in response to allegations of sexual harassment against two high profile men. Why can humans in some reverse, perverse blame shifting exercise, find reasons why the alleged victims have wronged us in some way when very few of them lie? NO
