We're pleased to share the succesful completion of site-wide Safety Circle training at our Revesby location, involving employees from across all teams and functions.

Safety Circle is a great initiative focused on strengthening safety culture, collaboration, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement throughout our operations.

The behavioural-based safety approach uses straight forward language and ideas to enable self-responsibility, self-leadership, situational awareness and active risk management at all levels.

It aligns closely with our company wide belief in 100% safe behaviour and conditions, today and everyday, ensuring that employee health and safety is our prime objective.

Our team are proud to undertake and complete this training in their mission to create a safer and more efficient workplace for themselves, their coworkers, and their clients.

At Fenner, our vision is closely aligned with Michelin’s All Sustainable strategy: incorporating renewed and recycled materials into conveyor belts by 2030.

Our partnership with Tyrecycle, and the launch of the InfinitySeries belt range, mark the most significant step we’ve taken toward that goal so far.

Based in Kwinana, just a few kilometres from our newly opened Kwinana Mixing Facility, Tyrecycle plays a critical role in closing the loop on our manufacturing processes. This close proximity allows recycled rubber to move efficiently from site, to processing, and back into remanufacture, faster, smarter, and more sustainably.

Together, we’re giving new life to end‑of‑life conveyor belts, bringing them back into the materials stream, from end-of-life, to infinity with the InfinitySeries.

Final commissioning commenced for the Maxwell Overland Conveyor

Recently, five members of the Fenner Conveyors leadership team visited the Maxwell Overland Conveyor system, designed, manufactured and constructed by Fenner Conveyors for Malabar Resources.

Spanning 9 kilometers, this overland conveyor represents a truly collaborative effort across the Fenner portfolio and stands as a strong example of our end‑to‑end, turnkey delivery capability.

The visit provided an opportunity for reflection alongside the Fenner–Malabar projects and management teams, acknowledging both the challenges overcome and the overall success of this major project.

With just two weeks of wet commissioning remaining before transitioning into a support role, it was also a moment to celebrate as the mine moves closer to ramping up to full capacity.

Fenner Conveyors looks forward to continuing our partnership with Malabar and supporting future projects.

Improving reliability underground 🔧⛏️

When ACE and CPS joined forces, they delivered a smarter pulley solution for an underground gold mining operation.

After reviewing the existing pulley systems onsite, the team identified key failure points and simulated real operating conditions to fully understand mechanical loads and fatigue stresses.

The outcome was an optimised pulley design that strengthened structural integrity, improved fatigue resistance, and aligned seamlessly with the site’s operational requirements.

Since implementation, the client has experienced reduced downtime, improved throughput, and has ordered additional pulleys of the new design.
