When I told my 2.5-year-old this morning that I was going on a "BIG aeroplane," he asked, "whyyyyy?" [Yes, we've officially entered the "why" era]. I replied, "to help people," and he quickly asked, "something broken?"

He nailed it. The Child Support Scheme is broken and it's failing many Australians.

When I first met Terese Edwards, she said, "throw a dart anywhere at the Child Support Scheme, and you'll hit a problem." As I've learned more through fixchildsupport.com.au, I completely understand what she meant that day.

I'm so ready to take action and amplify the voices of so many vulnerable Australians, and I'm so proud of my team for the work that's gone into supporting this campaign.

1995 marked the first time anyone had ordered a product online, a book from Amazon.com. Since then, the ecommerce market has come a very long way and has shown no sign of slowing down. The market is constantly evolving, and is expected to continue to transform after the pandemic.

This is what our client made in just two days of us launching their new campaign [granted, we had historical data to make informed decisions].

When our clients start seeing results, we consult with them about their stock and resource levels... at a RoAS of 4.3, what would $1,000 Facebook spend look like back in their business? [we'll save you the math - it's $4,300]. An investment of $4,000, for this client, would see this client get $17,200. 😎

Of course, it's not as simple as this – there are quite a few intricacies when it comes to wrangling the algorithm and a big dump of money can shock the algorithm and work against you.

Look at these two! I'm SO lucky to have such lovely clients.
The energy that they have on camera here is the energy they have every time we speak.

Being a business owner means that you can choose the people you want to work with. And honestly, I adore all of my clients.

I worked 10 years agency and (some) relationships were quite unfulfilling. $50K strategies never implemented (all those late nights, emotion and effort put in there to never see the light of day).

A big telco once said to stop asking how they were at the start of meetings. To quote: "cut the niceties, I don't give a s* how you are and you don't give a s* how I am... so let's get on with the meeting".

A little bit of me died that day.

I'm human. I DO CARE HOW MY CLIENTS ARE!

The founders of , and pin-up couple that you see in this video, have developed a meaningful membership to help people suffering from mental health. Born from their own personal story, it comes from such a pure and genuine place and I'm so excited to be on this journey with them.

I'm rebranding and rebuilding my website (I can't wait to show you all). And, just like we've seen the rise in video content on digital and social, video testimonials are going to be the next big thing (you heard it here first).

Why?

Because we all know review websites can have fake reviews, and we all know that we can make up the testimonials that we have on our website. Not only this, but we connect with other humans, we can read their facial expressions – people trust people. This also makes your brand look more transparent and sincere because you are featuring a real person and not just words on a page.

We're all little content creators with mobile phones in our hands and I see large tech introducing something like this in the future.
