Some achievements deserve another shout-out. 🙌

And we’re looking back at the 2026 CIO50 Awards last month, where two of our executive leaders proved once again why Probe Group leads the pack in digital, tech and security.

On 22 September 2026, Chief Technology and Digital Officer Rohan Khanna was recognised among the top 20 CIOs in Australia, while Chief Information Security & Risk Officer David Buerckner was named one of the top 30 CSOs nationwide.

This recognition validates our long-term vision of delivering secure, market-leading digital CX solutions and drives us to keep raising the bar. We are incredibly proud of their continued leadership across Probe CX, Innovior and Convai.

"To be recognised among Australia's top technology leaders for the third consecutive year is a tremendous honour, and I'm proud to represent Probe Group's entire digital and technology team with this award," Rohan said.

Last Sunday six superstars from across Probe CX and Innovior laced up their running shoes and gave it their all at the Nike Melbourne Half Marathon to raise awareness and funds for My Room Children’s Cancer Charity.

Crossing that finish line at the MCG is no small feat, please join us in celebrating our legends:

Each year since 2020, over 100 Probe Group volunteers take to the phones for My Room’s annual telethon, most recently contributing to a record-breaking $6.1M+ raised in support of children and families facing childhood cancer. What an unforgettable night for an extraordinary cause! 📞💛✨

Last night, over 100 Probe Group volunteers took to the phones for The Footy Show Grand Final: My Room Children’s Cancer Charity Telethon. Together, our team answered more than 850 calls to help raise an astonishing $6.1 million for vital clinical care, family support and groundbreaking research.

The energy on the floor was electric from the first call to the final siren. Our volunteers were also thrilled to be joined on the phone lines by an incredible lineup of My Room ambassadors, including:

🏉 AFL stars Brody Mihocek, Riley Thilthorpe, Massimo D’Ambrosio, Lloyd Meek, Jacob Hopper, Patrick Retschko, Andrew McGrath, Archie Perkins, Mitch McGovern, Rob Monahan and Will Day

Most inspiring of all was sharing the floor with the brave children and families supported by My Room. Hearing their stories firsthand made every ring of the phone deeply meaningful.

This was a night we will remember for a very long time. 👏💙

We are LIVE! 📞✨

The Footy Show Grand Final: My Room Telethon 2026 is officially underway and our incredible volunteers are on the floor, processing calls and securing vital donations.

Just minutes into the show on Nine, the broadcast crossed live to our Melbourne contact centre where our CEO Sanj Ahuja presented a donation on behalf of the Probe Group team.

A huge thank you to My Room Children’s Cancer Charity for giving us the opportunity to support this incredible cause year after year. Every dollar raised directly funds clinical care, research and support for brave kids and their families.
