That gap is what Laks Srinivasan will unpack in Melbourne on Tuesday 12 May.

Laks is Co-Founder and CEO of the Return on AI Institute, and AI Transformation Leader at Scaled Agile. He'll share the research (published in Harvard Business Review), walk through the AI Money Map framework for prioritising AI initiatives, then open the floor for a facilitated discussion.

If you're responsible for AI strategy, investment, or results, come along.

Iteration Reviews vs. System Demos – and What on Earth is an ART Show?! πŸ€”πŸš€

In SAFe, teams hold Iteration Reviews to inspect and adapt, while Agile Release Trains (ARTs) run System Demos to showcase integrated progress. But do you really need both?

Sometimes, an ART Show is a better alternative! It blends the best of both worlds, ensuring stakeholder alignment while keeping feedback loops tight.

In our latest blog, we explore:
βœ… The differences between Iteration Reviews & System Demos
βœ… When an ART Show might be the right choice
βœ… How to balance feedback, alignment, and efficiency

If you’ve ever questioned the need for both events, this blog is for you!

Pretty Agile has been hosting SAFe Meetups for almost a decade. In 2020, we created the SAFe Australia Online meetup for obvious reasons, and it is now one of the largest SAFe meetups in the world. We have mainly hosted speakers on SAFe or adjacent topics, often inspired by questions we get asked when delivering SAFe training.

One of the most common questions we are asked in the classroom is "What tools support SAFe?" Our answer is usually something like, "There are heaps, and Google is your friend!"

Then we got thinking: we know people who create tools for SAFe and we run a meetup... Let's connect the SAFe community in Australia with tooling vendors that support SAFe!

First up is local Aussie startup Easy Agile. Join us at 12pm AEST on Friday, 31st May to learn about how Easy Agile's products can support your SAFe implementation. Register here: https://www.meetup.com/scaled-agile-framework-safe-australia-online-meetup/events/301054104/
