The Vollmer CHX840 CNC Circular Saw Sharpening system with multiple configurations.

Featuring the Vollmer double grinding wheel technology, the CHX840 is able to handle both face and top grinding operations in a single job.

The Vollmer CHX840 can also be configured to suit your needs. It can be operated with manual set-up, specified to feature automatic setup with equipped measuring of circular saw diameter and teeth, or configured to be automatic with the HS loader.

When equipped with the HS loading system, the operator can setup an entire stack of jobs up to 180mm (up to 25 saws) with a variety of diameters, tpi and tooth profiles. With the ability to pre-program and load a large quantity of saw, you can leave the Vollmer CHX840 running independently all day (or night).
