om experience, chronic pain every day can become tiresome, debilitating and incredibly depressing. Recent advances in neuroplasticity demonstrate that the brain remodels itself based on its experiences. Through repetition, paying attention to the correct fundamentals and learning in an authentic environment can change the way your brain thinks. Therefore the human brain has a huge impact on pain, how we feel it and how we deal with it. Our decisions shape the results we receive, so it’s incredibly important to be aware of and filter what we say to ourselves each day. How will you benefit from Mind vs Matter? I am a Mindset Coach and the Director of Mind vs Matter. When managing pain effectively, it’s important to work out what drives people, what makes them think, what makes them do the things they do.
