Congratulations to our client on the successful grant of their Australian Subclass 191 visa!

While holding a Subclass 491 visa, the client complied with the relevant visa conditions and lived and worked in a designated regional area. Once the eligibility requirements were met, we assisted the client in reviewing their circumstances, checking their visa history and preparing the required supporting documents.

Following lodgement, the client was successfully granted a Subclass 191 visa and officially became an Australian permanent resident.

🎉 Australian Subclass 400 Visas Successfully Granted!

We recently assisted with a group of Subclass 400 visa applications. Several applicants had previously applied for Business Visitor visas, but their applications were unsuccessful.

After taking over the cases, we reassessed the applicants’ purpose of travel, project details and previous visa history. We identified that their proposed project activities differed from ordinary business visitor activities.
For these applications, we carefully reviewed each applicant’s professional background and proposed duties in Australia. We also assisted the business in explaining the project requirements and why the applicants’ presence in Australia was necessary, addressed their previous visa history, and conducted multiple checks to ensure consistency across the application forms, employment documents and project materials.

After preparing the applications according to each applicant’s individual circumstances, all Subclass 400 visas were granted within ten days of lodgement.
