Had to call in the big guns to assist replacing 2x 4.5m double glazed units each weighing 230kg for Altona North Library.

Measuring with a laser determined the frames ran 10mm out of square the same way so glass had to be made as a parollegram to suits frames. If we had simply measured with a tape measured glass wouldn’t have fit.
It’s this attention to detail that ensures optimal coverage of glass in the frame and more importantly the glass goes in first time 💪

Custom 6mm grey toughened glass tabletop 🙌

When it comes to tabletops like this glass has to be measured perfectly to suit the table. To do this we template the table with 3mm MDF to make sure our glass will fit perfect. Results speak for themselves 👏
