A significant milestone for BHP's operational decarbonisation journey.

BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) has become the first operation in BHP's Australian portfolio to have 100% of its forecast electricity demand matched through renewable Power Purchase Agreements.

Through our partnership with CleanCo Queensland, BMA's electricity use is now backed by a mix of wind, solar and pumped hydro , demonstrating how lower greenhouse gas emissions mining can be delivered at scale.

The milestone supports progress towards BHP's target to reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1 and 2 emissions from its operated assets) and highlights the role strong partnerships play in advancing the energy transition.

The agreement is also helping support renewable energy development across regional Queensland, creating jobs and contributing to long-term economic growth.

Behind every big number are real people, communities and opportunities.

In FY2026, BHP's direct economic contribution reached US$50.8 billion globally, up around US$4 billion on the previous year.

That contribution helps support jobs, local businesses, community programs and essential services in the regions where we operate.

🌏 In Australia, BHP contributed US$6.6 billion (A$9.7 billion) in taxes, royalties and other payments to governments, helping fund the roads, rail, schools, hospitals and public services communities rely on every day.

💪 In Chile, higher copper production and stronger commodity prices contributed to US$5.5 billion in taxes, royalties and other payments, up 71% on the previous financial year. That's equivalent to around $1 in every $17 in Chile's most recent national budget.

🤝 Across BHP, we also spent more than US$1 billion across Indigenous businesses, tripling our spend over the past three years and helping support Indigenous entrepreneurs, jobs and communities.

These figures represent more than economic activity. They reflect our ongoing investment in the countries, regions and communities where we live and work.

Anunciamos um aumento de 9% no lucro atribuível, que alcançou US$ 9,8 bilhões, e um dividendo final de US$ 0,99 por ação, o maior dos últimos quatro anos.

Nossa contribuição econômica total aumentou em aproximadamente US$ 4 bilhões, chegando a US$ 50,8 bilhões, recursos que fluem da BHP para economias em todo o mundo, incluindo as comunidades onde atuamos.

Todo lo que necesitas saber sobre los resultados del FY26.

Hemos anunciado un aumento del 9% en la utilidad atribuible hasta alcanzar los US$9.800 millones y un dividendo final de 99 centavos de dólar estadounidense por acción, el más alto de los últimos cuatro años.

Nuestra contribución económica total aumentó en aproximadamente US$4.000 millones hasta US$50.800 millones, recursos que fluyen desde BHP hacia economías de todo el mundo, incluidas las comunidades donde operamos.

Lab work at our Carrapateena copper mine in South Australia focuses on monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.

Scott and the metallurgical lab team recreate processing-plant conditions on a smaller scale to identify new, innovative ways to boost copper production efficiency.

As one of the largest mining projects developed in South Australia over the past decade, Carrapateena is a significant producer of copper concentrate.
