THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER.
McFLY BAITSPRAY has successfully passed its critical APVMA Environmental Assessment — a major milestone on the path to registration.

As the world's first professional fly bait spray combining natural Spinosad technology with residual fly control, McFLY required additional environmental assessment beyond that typically required for conventional products.

The outcome?

A positive assessment confirming that McFLY has successfully navigated one of the most comprehensive environmental assessments undertaken for a product of its kind and satisfied the APVMA's environmental safety requirements for registration.

Approval is now imminent, with production underway and stock expected to be available shortly after registration is granted.

Sundew is pleased to announce the appointment of Josh Clerk as Business Development Manager – Professional Pest Management, supporting our reseller partners and pest management professionals across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania.

Josh brings a valuable combination of industry experience and scientific curiosity to the role, and we are excited to have him working closely with our customers and partners across the region

Joshua comes from a hands-on pest management background, having worked as a technician specialising in termite inspections and treatments. His experience in the field has given him a deep appreciation for the realities of pest control work and the importance of reliable, effective products.

Alongside his industry experience, Joshua has undertaken university studies in biochemistry, which has helped shape his strong interest in the science behind pest control. He enjoys understanding how products work at a chemical level and translating that knowledge into practical, real-world insights for professionals across the pest management industry.

Joshua’s goal is to build strong relationships throughout the industry by actively engaging with operators, key influencers, and resellers to deliver training, education, product stewardship guidance, product information, and practical sales support.

Many of our customers across VIC, SA, WA and TAS will already have heard from Josh, and if not, he’ll be reaching out soon - please make him welcome when he does.
