AI can summarize your chaos.
It cannot replace your ability to connect.

Save this if you’re building your career, leading a team, or learning how to communicate better.

The real edge right now isn’t sounding smart.

It’s being clear, empathetic, and easy to work with.
* Heart-to-heart conversations still matter.
* Networking still matters.
* Concise communication still matters.

AI is useful, but it still needs a human in the loop.

And honestly, that human skill set is becoming more valuable, not less.

What’s one communication skill you think will always matter?

03/08/2026

AI will look you in the face and hallucinate with confidence.

This morning I asked ChatGPT to recall a conversation from yesterday.

It nailed the context. Then it invented parts of the conversation like it was fact.

That’s the trap: if your “system” lives inside an LLM, your memory is non-deterministic.

You’re not building leverage. You’re building a guessing machine.

The fix: stop treating the frontier models, like ChatGPT or Claude like the source of truth.

Build a local, deterministic “source of truth” your AI is forced to check every time.

If you’re an SMB leader implementing AI (or building your first “AI employees”), this is the difference between: “cool demo” and “reliable operator.”

DM me “AI EMPLOYEES” and I’ll help you map the first role to automate and a system to keep it accurate.

24/07/2026

AI didn’t invent “AI slop”.
It just made it faster to produce the same corporate jargon we’ve been feeding the internet for 15 to 20 years.

The opportunity now is simple:
* Record real customer conversations
* Use their words (verbatim where you can)
* Keep marketing + sales saying the same thing

Because when the brand positions one way and reps position another, trust breaks.

This is the kind of practical use case AI should support: organizing customer truth, not replacing it.

If you’re using EM AI, my “Sales & Closer Brain” is designed to help teams pressure-test positioning, sharpen objection handling, and stay consistent in how value is explained.

Question for you: where does your messaging drift most right now: marketing, sales, or delivery?

Need help? DM me “EM AI” and we’ll work on your biggest challenge.

CRM updates are becoming an automated task.

Good.

Because your highest-paid sellers shouldn’t be paid to type.

In complex deals with 10 stakeholders, the real work is:
* judgment
* critical thinking
* EQ and navigating dynamics

A CRM can store fields.
It can’t read the room.

This clip is from my podcast where I interview business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators.

AI is not here to make decisions for you.
It’s here to help you think better.

In this reel, I take a call transcript and use EM AI (Executive Minds AI) as a strategic thinking partner to:
* pull out what we actually said (without the noise)
* consolidate the key takeaways into a clear first draft
* shape the message into a presentation storyline
* produce Gamma-ready input so I can build the deck fast

No “tell me what to do.”
This is critical thinking, accelerated.

Want a copy of the deck that was generated in minutes (EM AI + Gamma app)?

DM me DECK and I’ll send it.

Owner/Founder running a professional services business?

When sales or marketing slows down, you don’t need another generic tactic.
You need the right executive brain for the problem in front of you.

Inside EM AI, you can deploy different Executive Minds on demand:
* CMO / Marketing - positioning, messaging, offer tuning, funnels, content + ads that convert
* Sales Strategist - outreach scripts, objection handling, follow-up sequences, closing structure
* CEO / Deep Strategy - priorities, trade-offs, next moves (and what to stop doing)
* CFO - pricing, margin, CAC/LTV logic, cash flow + forecasting
* COO / Operator - systems, SOPs, ex*****on plans, scorecards, delegation
* Investor - pitch-grade narrative, metrics clarity, decision framing
* General Counsel - contract red flags, negotiation angles, risk reduction

DM me “Bottleneck” and I’ll book a 15-minute with you to show you exactly how EM AI attacks your #1 bottleneck.

21/07/2026

AI only works when it removes a real bottleneck.

Sales. Ops. Delivery. Support.

Most SMBs buy tools first… then wonder why nothing improves.

DM “BOTTLENECK” and I’ll help you find the 1 process to fix first.

Featuring insights from from our latest AI Hype vs AI Leverage session on on my YouTube channel BreakthroughWithAI).

Your business direction should not reset every time you switch AI tools.

In a recent session, and I mapped how to build a source of truth for your goals, decisions, processes, and business knowledge so you stop rebuilding context every time you move between ChatGPT, Claude, EM AI, or whatever drops next.

I also demo’d an Executive Minds Digest that consolidates the AI newsletters flooding my inbox into one weekly brief.

Damon shared how he’s using the ICM framework (Interpretable Context Methodology) from  Jake Van Clief: a file-based, stage-gated system that survives session breaks, keeps progress visible, and helps AI “employees” stay consistent.

The point is not to use every AI tool.
It’s to preserve the knowledge that matters, then use the right tool for the right job.

Full conversation + demo on YouTube:

Comment DIGEST and I’ll share the outline of the newsletter consolidation workflow.
Comment ICM and I’ll share a starter folder structure to try.

I spend a lot of time talking about AI, but I also think it’s important to get away from the laptop and get outside, especially when the sun is out in Melbourne.

Today, that meant getting on the bike after a long time away.

Of course, AI followed me there too.

As soon as I finished my ride, Strava’s Athlete Intelligence gave me feedback on my performance and what stood out.

AI is becoming part of almost everything we do.

But remember, the goal shouldn’t be to spend more time with technology. It should help us create more time for the things that really matter. Here’s to a good health and happiness!

Where have you noticed AI showing up unexpectedly, away from the laptop?

17/07/2026

AI isn’t a strategy.
And AI won’t save a broken business.

In a recent podcast episode on The Next Breakthrough with Sean Campbell, makes the point most leaders need to hear:

If you use AI as a thinking replacement, you lose judgment.
If you use AI as a thinking partner, you get sharper.

Here’s the executive move:
* Treat AI output like an analyst memo: read it.
* Challenge it: “What assumptions are you making?” “What’s missing?”
* Ask for the counterargument.
* Keep human judgment and culture/context in the loop.
* Automate the repetitive work your team hates, not the thinking your business needs.

If you want my Executive Minds AI commands pack (built to make any AI question you like a CEO/CFO/COO-level coach), comment PARTNER and I’ll DM it to you.
