Your support should be as intentional as the way you run your business.

You can’t fit a woman’s life into a neat little package and that’s exactly why my support is never one-size-fits-all.

Maybe you’re a mum, juggling school runs, meetings, and a brain that never seems to switch off.
Maybe you’re scaling fast, leading clients, managing a team, and carrying more responsibility than anyone sees. Maybe you’re both, a woman with a big vision and a full life, trying to hold it all without losing yourself in the process.
Your season is different. Your capacity changes. Your priorities shift.

Your business moves through waves of growth, stabilising, rebuilding, expanding.
And you need support that meets you where you are... not where a template expects you to be.

That’s why every proposal and retainer I create is customised and tailored to what you actually need, so you get the right level of help, the right structure, and the right partnership to support your next season of growth.

Not to add more to your plate but to understand what’s actually draining you, what’s slipping through the cracks, and what would genuinely make your days feel lighter.

My role is to understand your world, the mental load, the pressure points, the way you work, the things you avoid, the things you’re carrying and design support around the woman you are right now... and where you’re going.

This isn’t hourly work. This is partnership.
And it shifts with you, your season, your capacity, and your life.

A client said to me recently, “I just need to get more organised. I feel like I’m always behind.”

But once we unpacked it, it wasn’t an organisation problem at all.

She was waking up overwhelmed, her inbox was a mess, her team kept waiting on her, enquiries were sitting half-read, and she was still on her laptop most nights trying to “get ahead.”

Not because she’s disorganised…but because everything depended on her.

She was the decision-maker, the project manager, the admin team, and the safety net, all at once.

Of course she felt behind.

So here’s what we changed:
I cleaned up her inbox, took the micro-tasks off her plate, handled the follow-ups, kept her team moving, and created actual space in her calendar and her head.

Within two weeks?
She wasn’t trying to get ahead, she actually was ahead 🙌

And honestly, sometimes it’s just having someone to support you with these little tasks that seem easy to do yourself, but not really getting around to doing it and it all-ends up piling up.

That’s the difference between doing it all… and being supported.

If you’re reading this thinking, “Yep, that’s me,”
Let’s chat, we can unpack this together.

You know those afternoons where you technically finish work at 4pm…but your brain just keeps going?

It starts small. You’re chopping veggies for dinner and suddenly you’re thinking: “Did I reply to that email? Did I confirm that Zoom link? Did that client see my update?”

Then later, the kids are telling you about their day and you realise you didn’t actually hear half of it, because your brain is running through tomorrow already

Then bedtime comes. The house is quiet, the lights are low…
and your mind decides to clock in again:

🧾 Don’t forget that invoice
📂 Did I upload those files?
📧 Inbox is a mess, fix it tomorrow
💻 Need to update the team
📋 I hope that client isn’t waiting on me
🥪 Lunch order day tomorrow
✈️ Still haven’t booked those travel dates
😩 I’m behind… I’m always behind

You closed the laptop.
But your brain didn’t switch off because the loops are still open.

And this isn’t a “time management” thing. This is mental load.

Your body might be “done for the day,” but your brain is still trying to hold all the details, reminders, tasks, and follow-ups…because no one else is.

And when you are the one holding everything, your brain literally can’t rest. It’s convinced something will slip the second you take a breath.

This is the part women don’t talk about:
how your business can look successful on the outside
and still feel heavy, loud, and nonstop in your mind.

How you can finish work at 4pm and still feel like you’ve worked a full second shift in your head.

The truth is, real rest doesn’t come from “logging off.”
It comes from not being the only person responsible for remembering, managing, and doing every single thing.

When clients bring me in, the first thing they say isn’t:
“I’m so productive now.”
Its
“My brain finally feels quiet.”

Because when someone is by your side actually keeping track… catching the details… preparing tomorrow…
and holding the backend with you

Your mind finally relaxes.

If you’re closing your laptop at 4pm
but your brain is still working at midnight, you don’t need to try harder. You just need support that lifts the load you’ve been carrying alone. And you don’t have to do it all by yourself. Lets chat🖤

20/11/2025

If you actually sat down and looked at what’s eating your time right now… I mean really looked… what would you see?

Because here’s what usually comes up for the women I talk to:
✔️a hundred-plus emails sitting in the inbox
✔️twenty to thirty DMs you keep meaning to reply to, ✔️enquiries waiting for you to “get to when you have time,” notifications piling up, and people literally waiting on you before they can move.

And you tell yourself you’ll sort it later. But later never comes.

Meanwhile, those unread emails? Those untouched DMs? Those enquiries that haven’t been replied to?
You already know it, that’s opportunity sitting there. Opportunity on the table. Opportunity you’re too busy to pick up.

Here’s the part no one talks about: it’s not that you don’t have enquiries. You do. They’re literally waiting for you.

It’s that you don’t have the capacity to respond, follow up, nurture, or convert because you’re trying to run the business and hold every backend detail in your own hands.

Now imagine this:
I step into your world. Your inbox is cleared, sorted, filtered, prioritised. Your DMs are replied to, followed up, booked in. Your enquiries are handled, tracked, nurtured.

And suddenly the “I don’t know if it’s worth it” thought becomes, “Wait… if she takes that off my plate, I only need one extra sale a month to cover this.”

And here’s the kicker: most of you are leaving way more than that in your inbox alone.

This is why support isn’t an expense. It’s an ROI move. A growth move. A “stop bleeding opportunity” move.
Because when someone is on your backend, protecting your leads, clearing your bottlenecks, and following up for you… you’re not spending money. You’re making back the money you’ve been too busy to touch.

If reading this made you think, “Oh ****… I’ve actually been leaving money sitting there,” DM ROI and I’ll show you exactly what we could clean up, convert, and create inside your business.

Matcha girlies… gather round for a second.

I keep trying to join the iced-matcha-mama era
and honestly? I want to love it.
I really do 🤣

But this mama cannot seem to taste whatever magical, life-changing experience you’re all having.
I’ve tried it iced, hot, sweetened, unsweetened…
and the only thing I genuinely adore?
The colour.
It’s peaceful. It’s cute.
It looks like it has its life together.

If you’re wondering why I’m suddenly so invested in matcha culture…well, my seventeen-year-old.

She LOVES it. Obsessed. Devoted.
And as any mum of a teenager knows when they’re into something, you find yourself getting curious too.

Quick story (if your interested, I don’t care cuz I’m telling it anyway)
So here I am… waiting in a 30-minute line for this mystical green drink, with a queue that honestly looked like it stretched a whole kilometre behind us…

And THEN the weekly drive-thru moments:
“Hi, can I please have the venti iced matcha latte with whipped cream?”
Starbucks.
THE WHIPPED CREAM.
Honestly… that’s the part I’m interested in.

And I’m thinking:

What am I missing here?
Is this the drink that finally transforms me into a calm, glowing, soft-life goddess?
Because if so, sign me up.

I swear, I feel like I can almost do the matcha thing. Like… really. C’mon… how hard can it be? I see you all making them, having the fancy different brushes, bowls, sifters and creating these aesthetic green drinks.

Matcha girlies, tell me:
What exactly am I meant to be tasting here? Tips, places for best matcha (Melb pref 😉)
Because right now, I’m only tasting vibes and the colour is doing all the heavy lifting.

I mean I still absolutely love my extra hot latte ☕️, but really, Genuinely curious.

And no this isn’t me in this pic. It belongs to Pinterest as inspiration pic, but when I get into my “matcha era” I’ll recreate it 🤣

You say you need more time. More hours in the day but your mornings start before your first coffee, and somehow… you’re already behind.

You tell yourself it’s just a busy season
that things will settle once the launch ends, the new client is onboarded, or the team finds their rhythm.

Here you are, still approving last-minute edits between school runs, replying to Slack messages while reheating your coffee, and mentally running through tomorrow’s to-dos before you’ve even closed your laptop 💻

That’s not a time problem. That’s a capacity gap.

You don’t need more hours in the day what you really need is someone who can see what’s falling through the cracks before you do.

Imagine your inbox isn’t running your mornings, your team knows what’s happening without asking, and you can actually take a breath before the next thing hits.

That’s what I help you build.
Not just ticking things off your list, but taking things off your plate so you can get back to leading, creating, and actually living again.

Because it’s not about having more hands on deck. It’s about having the right one beside you.

If that’s what you’ve been craving, DM CAPACITY and let’s chat about how we can make that happen.

Last week, I celebrated 40.

And being honest… it still feels a little surreal.
It’s a mix of, “how am I already here?”
and
“maybe life really does begin at 40.” So they tell me.

But as I sit with it today, I feel nothing but gratitude.

The last year and a half has changed me in ways I never expected.

I’m reflective…
realising the shifts I’ve walked through,
and the ones I’m still gently walking through.
Each season has shaped me and continues to.

I’ve learnt more about myself, my boundaries, and my capacity than I thought possible.
I’ve learnt what truly matters and who truly matters.

My faith has deepened in the most beautiful way.
I hold fast to knowing that everything I get to do,
everything I get to create and the incredible people I get to share this life with
it’s all because of Him.
This life is a blessing.
And I carry that knowing with me every single day.

I’ve crossed paths with so many amazing women along the way, women who’ve impacted me, stretched me,
and helped me see parts of myself I couldn’t see before.
I’m endlessly grateful for them.

My circles look different now.
I’m surrounded by strong, inspiring women who lift me higher, and I’ve been lucky enough to form beautiful new friendships along the way.

And then there’s my heart
my husband and my beautiful children.
You are my biggest “why.”
The reason I do what I do.
The purest joy, the deepest purpose,
and the reminder, always,
of what truly matters most.

I’ve learnt this along the way.
You’re allowed to want more for yourself.
More for your life, your family, your business.
You’re allowed to create it - unapologetically.

40 feels expansive.
It feels like possibility.
And I can’t wait to see what’s ahead
for me,
for my family,
and for the incredible women I get to walk alongside.

When I first stepped into a PA role, I worked with someone who had spent over 30 years doing it all himself.
He had never had a PA.
Never wanted one.
And honestly, he didn’t think he needed one.

Our first 1:1 meeting, the very first thing he said to me was:
“I’ve never done this before, so you’ll have to bear with me, I’ve always managed on my own”

I looked at him and replied:
“Well, I’ve never been a PA before. So we’ll learn this together.”

I stepped into that role without the years of experience most would expect
but with a deep belief that support is about so much more than ticking boxes.

It was never about me coming in with decades of PA expertise.
It was about connection.
It was about showing him that support doesn’t take away his capability or independence
it multiplies it.

And that’s exactly what we did.

Sixteen years later, that lesson has never left me.

Because the best support isn’t just about managing a to-do list.
It’s about seeing the person behind the role, holding the vision with them, and creating space for them to do what they do best.

That’s the heart of my work today.

And now, I see the same truth in the women I support today.

You’ve already built your success.
You’ve proven you can do it all.

But there’s a whisper in the back of your mind:
“I should have had this support yesterday.”

You’re ready for it now.

This is your invitation
to step into support that doesn’t take from you.
It expands you.
It multiplies what’s already there.

You don’t need proof that you’re capable, your results already show that.

But success doesn’t always feel like freedom.

If you’re craving more quality, more presence, more space to lead without carrying it all, this is your reminder.

Sometimes the support you’ve been wishing for isn’t something you have to create from scratch.

It’s already here, ready to meet you where you are.

The right support doesn’t take from you.
It amplifies you.
It allows you to experience what you’ve already built in a new way.

Are you ready to step into it?

“I’m fine. I’ve got it.”
That’s what you tell yourself, right?

You reschedule Pilates, again.
Reply to Slack during school drop-off.
Lie awake at night remembering that DM you forgot to answer.

And even when your bandwidth is gone,
you’re still the one catching the falling pieces.

Because you always are.
Because you always do.

But underneath it all, there’s a quieter thought, voice that you keep hearing…
“I can’t keep holding it like this.”

I get it, because I’ve lived it.

I built this business while raising three kids,
working part-time, juggling the side biz, the family,
and everything else in between.
I wore “doing it all” like a badge for far too long.
Until I realised… The more I carried, the less present I became.

And presence - real, grounded, intentional presence it doesn’t come from better productivity.
It comes from better support.

Everything shifted the moment I let someone in.
When I stopped saying yes out of obligation.
When I built the kind of support that matched the weight I was carrying.

Now?

I can say no without guilt.
And when that doesn’t come easily,
I notice it - instead of pushing through it.
I can go to Pilates and don’t check my inbox in the carpark.
I leave my laptop closed during school excursions
not because everything’s done, but because everything’s held.

That’s what I want for you.

Because when you’re no longer the only one holding it all?
You stop bracing.
You start breathing.
And you finally feel like yourself again.

But you also get to be present.
Not just productive.
Not just performing.
Present.
In your body. In your days. In your life.
For you. For your family. For the moments that actually matter.

Because your presence isn’t just a nice-to-have
It’s one of the most powerful things you bring to the table.

DM me if you’re ready to stop holding it all alone. 🌸✨

No one wants to say this - but I will.

Everyone talks about hiring a VA like it’s the magic fix.

But if you’re scaling to six or multi-six figures, trying to keep the backend of your business from crumbling while managing life, clients, and your own capacity… you already know:

It’s not just about getting help.

Because you’ve had help.
You’ve outsourced the tasks.
You’ve tried to delegate.

But it still feels like you’re carrying everything.

The decisions.
The team comms.
The calendar.
The birthday cake reminder.
The part of your brain that never shuts off.

And maybe you’ve started to wonder:

“Is it supposed to feel this heavy?”
“Why do I still feel behind?”
“Why can’t I just find someone who gets it?”

Here’s what I know:

The problem isn’t that you need more help.
It’s that you need the right support.
Support that doesn’t just check boxes - it moves with you.
It holds you in the quiet moments where everything could fall apart… and makes sure it doesn’t.

You don’t just want to get through the week.
You want to feel like a CEO again.
The grounded, present version of you who leads without the chaos.

Not to just take things off your plate,
but to walk beside you, holding the rhythm, the pace, and the space.

If you’re scaling and still carrying it all…

You don’t need a cheaper VA.

You need a right-hand woman who moves like a partner, not an assistant.

If this is for you…
you already know.

Why hiring a Business VA isn’t enough for women like us anymore.

Because this isn’t just about admin.

This is about the woman still up at 11pm syncing calendars, replying to school emails, reworking client onboarding, and trying to remember if she paid the damn rego.

It’s about the woman who’s holding it all together—whether that’s a business, a household, a team, or her own sanity—and being told to “just delegate better” as if that’s enough

Here’s the truth:
Task-based support doesn’t change your life.
And if the support you’re getting doesn’t hold space for the life you’re building alongside the business you’re scaling—it’s not enough.

You don’t need another VA who only sees what’s inside your inbox.

You need someone who sees you.
Your vision. Your rhythm. Your reality.

That traditional VA support was never designed for female founders carrying everything—business, life, motherhood, identity, growth.

If the support doesn’t hold space for the life you’re building…
…it’s not enough.

I’m not here to preach hustle.
I’m here to help you shift the whole system.
Let’s talk about what real support could look like.

If your to be supported like the CEO and woman you are?
