TOORAK | PROJECT UPDATE

Our Toorak renovation is well underway, with the Gracecon team pushing ahead across the project — bathroom works and tiling taking shape, waterproofing underway and the balcony stripped back and being rebuilt.

Plenty happening on site.

10 YEARS OF GRACECON ✨

2016 → 2026.

This year marks 10 years of Gracecon — and what better way to celebrate than at home, surrounded by the people who have been part of the journey.

From where we started in 2016 to where we are today, there have been countless homes built, challenges overcome, lessons learned and plenty of incredible moments along the way.

But more than anything, Gracecon has always been about people.

Our amazing team, our trades and suppliers, our clients who have trusted us with their homes, and our family and friends who have supported us every step of the way — thank you.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the past decade, and even more excited about what’s still to come.

Here’s to the first 10 years. 🥂

Because a seamless finish is worth the effort.

Today we craned our marble slabs seven storeys up to get them into position for installation at our South Yarra project.

A meticulous job by Paul and the team at Spillard Cranes, carefully getting these incredible slabs up safely and exactly where they needed to be.

Why go to all that effort? It meant we could avoid an unwanted join in the kitchen stone and achieve the seamless finish we had envisioned.

Sometimes the perfect result takes a little more planning, coordination and effort — but that’s what we’re about at Gracecon.

PROGRESS REPORT | SOUTH YARRA

We’re into the final stages at our South Yarra project, and the vision is well and truly coming together.

The details, finishes and craftsmanship that have shaped this project from the beginning are now falling into place, and it’s exciting to see the spaces come to life.
