When we needed new signage for our building, the traditional route felt a bit... ordinary. So, instead of calling a signage company, we handed the keys to our 3D Print Technician, Ray.

Ray took our SVG logo, extruded it into a 3D model, and let our heavy hitters do the rest. By utilizing our large-format BigRep and Modix printers, we turned a digital file into physical, high-quality building signage in record time.

Yesterday, SeƔn and Ellie represented Thinglab at the Additive manufacturing Workshop at Swinburne Uni.

From live product demos to deep-dive discussions on additive manufacturing, it was a great opportunity to engage local small-to-medium enterprises and show them some of the benefits of using Formlabs 3D Printers for their work. Thinglab is always ready to help SMEs discover new ways to scale and optimise their manufacturing workflows.

A massive thank you to the team at Swinburne University of Technology's Factory of the Future for organising and hosting such an diverse, forward-thinking event.
