Australia Day is about so much more than the events of one day – it is about where we have come from, who we are as a nation and what we aspire to be.
Today we pause and reflect on what we love about this country and to do so with respect for the First Peoples of Australia, whose cultures and deep connection to Country continue to shape and enrich our national story.
We’re also proud of the people who have come from all over the world to make Australia home and help build the communities we’re part of. That mix of heritage, hard work, resilience and hope is a big part of what makes Australia, Australia.
Nourish Vida is proudly Australian owned and made, and we’re genuinely grateful for the freedoms and opportunities we have here. But we also know they can’t be taken for granted — they’re something we look after, strengthen, and pass on through our choices and the way we show up for each other.
Wishing you a safe and meaningful Australia Day, however you choose to spend it.
