After a few months of dedicated practice I am able to progress from Rajakapotasana - sitting, on the knees, standing and then do Natarajasana. Also proof of how insurmountable tasks can be achieved as propounded by Patanjali Yoga sutras.
Natarajasana is a standing, balancing, and back bending asana. Derived from the classical Indian dance Bharathnatyam .
Benefits are aplenty - strengthening arms and shoulders, opens up the chest and entire upperbody, boosts metabolism helping weight loss, improves digestion

Proud and happy to introduce another Yoga students success story. Seshadri a dedicated and passionate Yoga student is able to do Ekapada Rajakapotasana. Age is but a number. In his seventies he loves Yoga and the result is there for all to see. Kudos and well done 👏 👏👏👏👏.
