Most men don’t hit rock bottom without warning.

The signals usually start quietly —
unease, irritation, distraction, numbing, checking out.

But when those signals are ignored for long enough,
the breakpoint isn’t quiet at all.

It shows up as mental noise.
Fractured relationships.
Strained patience.
Escapes that stop working.
Physical symptoms that don’t quite make sense yet —
fatigue, tension, disrupted sleep, inflammation, pain.

Not because men are weak —
but because many were never taught how to listen to their inner compass
before things reached this point.

A breakpoint is often what happens
when avoidance runs out of road.

The work isn’t about waiting for rock bottom.

It’s about learning to pay attention
while there’s still room to choose differently.
