Every now and then, I like to share something a little different here. 🌿

Soul Trees is, of course, about meaningful farewells and celebrating the lives of those we love. But behind every farewell there is something much bigger: the relationships, connections and memories that make a life meaningful.

That’s why this story touched me and why I wanted to share it with you. ❤️

Years after "Old People's Home For 4 Year Olds" came to our screens, Arthur and his “grand-friend” Rita are still very much part of each other’s lives.

Their friendship is a beautiful reminder that genuine connection can cross generations, change lives and continue long after the cameras have stopped rolling.

Rita says that her relationship with Arthur has changed her life “considerably and in a better way than [she] would ever have imagined.”

Perhaps this is one of the greatest gifts we can give each other: our time, our presence and the simple joy of being connected. 💚
