Our new vibratory tumbler is being put through its paces this week!

It’ll make deburring, edge finishing and surface improvement faster, more consistent and more cost-effective than ever.

We’re now taking on outside vibratory finishing work. If you have components that need deburring, edge radiusing or an improved surface finish, we’d love to help.

Bow rail repair on this 63. Bent section cut out, removed from stanchion and welded back in. Spliced on site and mirror polished.

Little final inspection before this science/medical prototype goes out the door. Testing out the low start/spot functions on our new Envy. No laser required for this one, screen is 0.4mm thick 0.8mm holes!

Early morning start replacing this motor and impeller on an industrial vacuum sealer. While the old motor was still functioning we were able to diagnose that the bearings were near the end of their life and prone to failure.

Repair was completed with no down time for the customer.
