This rebranding and restructure of business may not make sense to those that don't know me. Cleaning clients especially.
S & M Nitro, was always set up with being a sales gun for hire, motivational speaking and sales coaching in mind. However, we initially started our time in business as a commercial cleaning company.
There was a very specific reason for this. When we started our business, I was burnt out and needed a break before I felt I could give myself entirely to others in the very sector that I have spent the vast majority of my career.
Prior to going into business, I had worked within businesses mastering the craft of sales and dabbling in marketing all while overcoming severe adversity outside of work.
No matter the challenges I was dealing with outside of work. I always managed to be a 7 - 8 figure sales person inside of work. This is no doubt because I am process driven, I understand innately that success leaves clues behind...
While on sabbatical from the world of sales and marketing I was still practicing my craft and managed to build a 6 figure carpet cleaning business.
We have kept only our favourite regular cleaning clients to allow time and focus required to go toward transforming people's businesses and peoples lives.
I have one client who I offer myself as a freelance sales person during the week at this stage I can be booked for corporate motivational speaking events of an evening or on the weekends.
