Being asked, ‘How was your weekend?’ this morning brought a big smile to my face because I spent Saturday with students and alumni for the Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies 🙌 Presenting with Sarah Louise Consultancy by my side is always a delight - we decided no slides and a yarn about safeguarding- what challenges the sector faces with insight into our experiences supporting teams. Thank you Consultancy Vicki Gazis for inviting us and huge thanks to those who wanted me to sign their copy of my book Asserting a Culture of Child Safety ✨

What an honour to be asked to be part of an interview panel at ELTHAM College. As an external party, it is always brilliant to have the opportunity to hear passionate educators talk about our profession and hear their outline to champion their suitability for significant roles 🙌

Omgoshhhhhhh Day 3 was epic!!!! Loved, loved, loved what the Early Childhood Australia national conference continued to give us!!!! The spirit of our sector was present in all facets of this event, every day💥 Today, I wore headphones 🎧 to discuss our work with The Rapid Response Taskforce, bolted to deliver violence prevention in curriculums before book 📕 signing at lunch (thank you to all delegates who purchased my book and wanted me to sign their copy 🥰)
So, we cheered to success with exhilaration, as we concluded this afternoon 🥂 (until we do it again next year in Tasmania)
