Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Pay-Per-Click campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and YouTube. This role requires critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective advertising strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
π‘Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and YouTube.
β’ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
β’ Conduct keyword research and extract relevant information to optimize campaigns.
β’ Create compelling ad copy and visuals for shopping and re-targeting components.
β’ Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights, improvements, and opportunities.
β’ Accurately set up, monitor, and report on key metrics such as cost per click, time on page, conversion rate, click-through rate, and ad performance.
β’ Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
β’ Develop and present strategies to drive desired metrics and outcomes.
β’ Manage a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service and performance.
β’ Utilize tools like ChatGPT to enhance strategic insights and campaign management.
πMust-Have Requirements:
β’ Google AdWords certification.
β’ Proven ability to critically assess campaign briefs and outcomes, with the capability to think outside the box and change tactics as needed.
β’ Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and Google Re-Targeting/ Remarketing networks.
β’ Experience with YouTube advertising.
β’ Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
β’ Strong understanding of keyword research techniques.
β’ Ability to make independent recommendations and think critically.
β’ Competence in creating and interpreting reports and dashboards.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple clients, with a current requirement to handle approximately 10 clients, growing to 40 clients.
β’ Proficiency in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on key PPC metrics.
β’ Ad copywriting skills.
β’ Basic Photoshop skills for creating visual ad components.
β’ Knowledge of leveraging ChatGPT for strategic insights.
πLove-to-Have Requirements:
β’ Client-facing experience.
β’ Equivalent skill sets in META (Facebook, Instagram advertising).
