What an OBM is not…

𝐀𝐧 𝐎𝐁𝐌 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐏𝐀, 𝐄𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐀.

While PAs, EAs and VAs are invaluable for handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and support duties, they typically do not manage entire projects or teams.

Expecting a “unicorn” PA/EA/VA who can do all things, including high-level strategic planning and project management, is unrealistic and can lead to inefficiencies and burnout.

An OBM, on the other hand, is specifically trained to handle the intricacies of running a business’s operations, making them an essential asset for growth.
