Here is my Thermomix Pogaca Recipe!

Have you made it yet? Or are you making it tonight? Comment below⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ingredients

150 grm yoghurt
150 grm olive oil
150 grm water
1 tbls instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs (save 1 yoke to brush )
500 grms plain flour
1 teaspoon salt

Filling
Feta or rioctta with spinach or whatever you like =) Method
Add Water, yoghurt, sugar and yeast into mixing bowl
2 mins, 37°C, speed 1

Add olive oil and eggs (remember to save 1 egg yoke)

3 seconds and speed 5

Add flour and salt

Knead function for 3 mins

You get a very sticky stectchy dough

You can transfer dough into a thermoserver or leave it in bowl or a container making sure to leave it in a warm area

Once it's doubled in size, turn bowl upside down onto thermomat/silicon mat or a floured surface, shape it.
*it is a wet dough!
divide into 16 equal parts, rolling into little balls
Let it rest for 20 mins.

Strecth out, fill as you would with desired filling.
Make into a round ball
Cover using a teatowel and let it sit for 10 to upto 40 mins..
The pogaca grows in size.
Brush on the egg yoke

I bake mine at 220 -250° C in a pregeated oven until golden.

Cover with a teatowel once out of oven, i find it turns out softer.

Enjoy!!
Let me know how you go!!
