Commercial buildings aren’t just physical assets anymore — they’re connected systems.
HVAC, lighting, CCTV, access control, BMS… it’s all running across networks. That’s where the risk sits.
If the network is compromised, the building is compromised. And most sites I see aren't managed well so don’t have clear visibility of how everything connects — or who actually has access.
This is quickly becoming less of an IT issue, and more of an operational one. The question isn’t whether your building has technology.
