Picture a three-partner law firm that wins almost all its work through referrals. Good reputation, quiet online, no real pipeline they control. Over a quarter, we rebuilt the partners' LinkedIn presence, started direct conversations with the referral partners and clients they wanted, and kept them visible with short videos between meetings.
The point of the exercise was not vanity metrics. It was giving three busy partners a way to start conversations on purpose instead of waiting for the phone to ring. That is the pattern we build with firms, shared here as an example rather than a guarantee.
If you could reliably start five right fit conversations a month, what would that change?
