Yesterday, the residents came together with delicious treats, kind donations, and a warm community spirit with every gesture bringing us a little closer to finding a cure.

With the morning tea and a side of craft market, together we raised $771.05

Yesterday we served up some delicious Hot Cross Buns for our residents — with all hands-on deck toasting and buttering a tasty lineup of choc chip, apple & cinnamon, fruitless, and of course… the classic traditional!

A full dining hall also broke into song for our cheeky resident John, who celebrated his birthday! Happy Birthday, John!

🐝 Beeswax Wrap Workshop 🐝

Yesterday we welcomed a lovely little group of 9 residents to the Clubhouse for our Beeswax Food Wrap Workshop — and what a fantastic time we had!

Each participant made three reusable wraps to take home, helping to reduce plastic use and do their bit for the environment 🌏💚

There was plenty of concentration, creativity, and even more smiles as everyone got stuck into the process. The results? Beautiful and practical wraps, proudly made by hand!

Well done to all who joined in — such a simple and fun way to support sustainability 👏✨

✨ Fashion, Fun & Fabulous Finds! ✨

Yesterday U&I Fashion turned the Main Hall into a stunning runway, bringing style and sophistication to the spotlight! 👗✨

Our wonderful volunteer models—Carol, Elaine, Eileen, and Sandy—graced the catwalk, showcasing a gorgeous collection of clothing and accessories. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed refreshing mocktails, delicious nibbles, and a touch of retail therapy. 🛍️💫

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—we loved sharing this stylish afternoon with you! 💖

We love celebrating our wonderful residents, and what better way than with a monthly Birthday Raffle? 🥳

HOW IT WORKS:
🎟 Each resident’s birthday is automatically entered into the draw.
📅 On the last business day of the month prior, management will draw a lucky number from the raffle generator.
🎉 If your birthday matches the lucky number, you win a special surprise to enjoy!
🥳 Winners will be announced on draw day.
