Change is happening at the VBA.

None of the allegations against the organisation are a surprise to us and we welcome reform that has a positive effect on the industry.

The question is, will it be for the better?

What we know for sure right now is that we are facing into a lot of unknowns. Will the registration process change? What will it then look like? In a bid to make the progress more robust, will it get tougher?

Merry Christmas from the team at Builders Edge Consulting

As we draw to the final couple of working days for 2022 I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with this year and years in the past.

Despite the challenges the building industry has faced as well as the constant changing expectations and timelines from the VBA we have had impressive results in the form of:

First time pass rate of over 95%
Over 150 people successfully obtain the DBU and DBL registrations in 2022.
Currently have over 60 people studying and preparing for their VBA exams and interviews.
Have over 120 people we are currently preparing DBU and DBL applications for.
Over 10 people already booked in for Jan to start their DBU/DBL applications.

I know that many of you refer others onto us and we really appreciate the recommendations, without it we could not continue to do what we do. I thank you for the constant and positive word of mouth referrals, it means a lot.

Also, a huge thank you to my team, John and Lauren, you are the best at what you do and I'm sure you all agree. Also a massive thank you to Alex who helped us get through a backlog of applications over the last 10 months.

Enjoy the holidays, stay safe on the roads, spend time with loved ones and take the well earned break.
