Map Your Business. Find Your Next Move with AI.

A great morning facilitating a mini strategy sprint for an inspiring group of female founders at LXD Lounge for Brava Women Networking.

One of my favourite moments in any workshop is watching the shift or light bulb that happens when people stop working in their business and start thinking about it strategically.

Today we cycled through a mini strategy sprint and explored how Gemini Notebook can become a strategic thinking partner- helping founders organise ideas, connect information, challenge assumptions and turn scattered thoughts into a clear action plan/ mind map.

The conversations weren’t really about AI but about clarity.

About identifying what’s slowing a business down, deciding what deserves attention next, and using AI to think more strategically rather than simply work faster.

That’s the part I love most about teaching. Seeing people leave with a different perspective on what’s possible.

Thank you to everyone who joined today’s session and was willing to experiment, ask questions and think differently. It was a pleasure to facilitate.

Still running on European time and powered by coffee… ☕✈️🇪🇸🇬🇧➡️🇦🇺

After landing back in Melbourne on Saturday and barely convincing my body that 3:40 am isn’t the middle of the day, I headed straight to the Australian Marketing Summit 2026 today. Jet lag was definitely present… but so was some seriously thought-provoking discussion about where AI is taking marketing.

One of my favourite takeaways came from Ethan Donati:

“In a high-tech world, high touch wins.”

As AI becomes part of almost every business, our human qualities; empathy, trust, relationships and genuine connection, become even more valuable, not less.

It was fantastic to hear from Ethan Donati, who shared practical insights into the future of AI-powered marketing and entrepreneurship, alongside Jane Lu, founder of Showpo whose journey is always a great reminder that resilience, creativity and taking action still matter just as much in an AI world.

As someone who spends a lot of time helping business owners use AI strategically (rather than just chasing shiny new tools), it’s always valuable to hear how other leaders are approaching this rapidly changing landscape.

My biggest takeaways:
🤖 AI should amplify your business, not replace your thinking.
🧠 Strategy is becoming even more valuable.
🚀 The businesses that embrace AI while keeping the human connection at the centre will be the ones that stand out.

Thanks for a great event, Ethan Donati and .

🏁 Female Founder Fast Track: Find Your Next Business Move with AI 🏁

Calling all female founders, business owners and brilliant women juggling all the things whilst running their businesses/ side hustles.

I’m excited to be speaking at Brava Women Networking in Chadstone on Friday, 31st July.

The session is called:

The Female Founder Fast Track
Map Your Business. Find Your Next Move with AI.

This will be a practical, useful and very real-world session for women who are building businesses and trying to work out what to focus on next.

We’ll look at your business like a race track:

🏁 Where are you now?
🏁 What’s slowing you down?
🏁 Where are the bottlenecks?
🏁 What needs your attention next?
🏁 How can AI help you get clearer, faster?

I’ll also show how tools like NotebookLM can help you get your thoughts, ideas and business information out of your head, spot patterns and turn the overwhelm into a practical next step.

The aim is to highlight quick hacks on how you can use it as a thinking partner to organise your ideas, identify what matters and choose your next move with more confidence.

You’ll leave with more clarity and next step to keep your business moving forward for the new financial year.

You know when ChatGPT gives you something genuinely useful? Maybe it helped you untangle a messy business idea.Maybe it created a proposal, process, email, strategy or content piece that made you think:

“Yep. That’s excellent.”

Do not just copy it, paste it and move on.

Before you close the chat, ask it this:

The prompt to use next:

I want to turn this conversation into a reusable AI working library.

Review the work we have just created and reverse engineer why it worked.

Capture:

1. The goal we were trying to achieve.
2. The context, audience, brand voice or business details that shaped the output.
3. The instructions, examples or constraints that made the response better.
4. The structure or framework used in the final output.
5. The tone, style and level of detail that worked best.
6. The mistakes, weak versions or changes we made along the way.
7. The final reusable prompt I could use next time to create something similar.
8. A short “library note” explaining when I should use this prompt again.

Format it clearly so I can save it into my AI prompt library and reuse it for future work.

This is how you stop treating AI like a one-off magic trick.

Every good output can become an asset.

✅A caption becomes a caption template.
✅A proposal becomes a proposal framework
✅A messy planning chat becomes a repeatable process.
✅A strong answer becomes part of your business brain.

The clever bit is not just getting ChatGPT to produce something good once.

The clever bit is teaching it what “good” looked like, saving the pattern, and using that pattern again.

That is how small businesses start building proper AI systems.

Save the good stuff.

Reverse engineer it.

Build your library.

Future you will be very smug about it. Here is a pic of me feeling smug too !

Most business owners are still using ChatGPT as a typing assistant. The smarter opportunity is using it as a thinking, capture and ex*****on tool.

One new feature worth paying attention to is **Record Mode**.

It lets you record spoken conversations, meetings or ideas, then turn them into transcripts, summaries and action items.

For a business owner, that matters because so much useful thinking happens in conversation:

✔️ client calls
✔️ strategy sessions
✔️ team meetings
✔️ sales conversations
✔️ voice notes between tasks
✔️ those “I need to remember this” moments

Instead of relying on memory, messy notes or half-written follow-ups, you can use AI to help capture the discussion and turn it into something useful.

A few important points:

The Record Mode button is the round circle in the ChatGPT message bar. It is not the microphone icon.It appears to be rolling out gradually, so not every user will have it yet.

And, importantly, always ask for consent before recording any conversation or meeting. It is also worth thinking carefully about which conversations you record

Not every discussion belongs in an AI tool. Be sensible with confidential, sensitive, personal, legal, health, HR or commercially sensitive conversations. Check your privacy settings, understand where the recording or transcript may be stored, and make sure you are comfortable with the information being captured.

Used properly, this kind of tool is not about replacing judgement.

It is about reducing admin drag, improving follow-through, and helping business owners stay focused on the conversation in front of them.

Less admin. More clarity. Better decisions.

**If your business is still experimenting with AI but has not yet turned it into proper systems, this is the gap to close.**

At Quantum Drive Consulting, we help business owners identify where AI can genuinely save time, improve consistency and reduce operational friction, while putting sensible guardrails around how these tools are used.

One of the things I love about working with Claire the Co-founder of Q and O Collective - is that we come to the table with different strengths, but with equal respect for what each person brings.

A powerful partnership is not about one person carrying the strategy while the other enjoys the shine. It is about parity, trust, and both people being genuinely invested in the work.

Claire’s world is marketing, storytelling, social media and visibility.

My world through Quantum Drive Consulting is business coaching, strategy, research, systems, problem-solving, AI implementation and helping people move from “this is all too hard” to “what’s the next practical step?”

And that combination works because the foundations are right.

Different skill sets.
Shared standards.
Mutual respect.
Clear contribution.

Most small business owners don’t need more noise. They need someone to help them slow the problem down, pull it apart, look at the evidence, and find the opportunity sitting inside it.

That is what I love doing.

Whether we’re looking at AI, content, operations, a new offer, a messy process, or an idea like Team Cast, my brain immediately goes to:

What does the research tell us?
What problem does this solve?
Who would actually use it?
Where is the commercial opportunity?
How do we make it practical?
How do we make it repeatable?
How do we stop people feeling overwhelmed and get them moving?

That is the QDC lens.

It’s part consulting, part coaching, part research, part strategy, and part “right, let’s make this actually work in the real world.”

Team Cast was a great example of this in action. A simple conversation over coffee quickly became a bigger discussion about content, AI, community, schools, small business, education, storytelling and how one piece of raw material can become something much more useful.

A good partnership does not dilute your strengths. It sharpens them. It gives you someone else’s lens, without losing your own.

That is the difference between collaboration that looks good from the outside and collaboration that actually works behind the scenes. And yes, podcasting is also a very good excuse for a great conversation.

Interested in the course and the type of learning I was taling about for your business - give me a call or book into one of our upcoming workshops here: https://www.qandocollective.com/event-list

Behind the scenes with the brilliant team at Team Cast today.

Behind the scenes recording a video podcast on all things AI for . and I loved seeing first-hand how powerful this format can be for small business storytelling.

There is something very different about sitting down for a real conversation. No overproduced script or awkward sales pitch. Just people, ideas, stories and the kind of discussion that helps an audience understand what you do and why it matters.

A big thank you to and Michael Angus for having us in the studio and showing us what is possible when great production meets practical content strategy. Excited to see where this goes!

A little bit about me, because I realise I’ve been busy creating visibility for my clients and not practicing enough of what I preach 😊.

I was born in Guatemala, grew up speaking multiple languages, and have lived in various parts of the globe from Argentina to the UAE and lots of places in between! This all sounds far more glamorous than it was. Mostly it involved a lot of adapting, a lot of packing, and becoming very good at working out what was going on before anyone had fully explained it.

I started my career as a lawyer, which gave me a deep appreciation for clear thinking, good questions, and the ability to spot a problem lurking in the corner pretending not to be a problem. I then moved across the globe again and made Australia my home.

After a number of years running my small business coaching people I decided to use my skill stack and now work in small business consulting and strategy, and I honestly love it.

Small business owners are some of my favourite people. Usually brilliant, slightly knackered, sometimes unhinged because they might be juggling 47 things, and wondering why the “simple” thing they started has somehow grown arms, legs, invoices, admin, marketing, staffing issues and a mild identity crisis.

That’s where I like to come in.

I love helping people untangle the mess, find the actual problem, and work out what to do next without adding twelve unnecessary layers of complexity and nonsense.

I’m also fascinated by mindset, behaviour and problem solving, because so much of business is not just what you do, but how you think when things get hard, weird, busy or mildly ridiculous.

For me, strategy is not about sounding clever in a meeting.

It’s about clarity and systems.
Good commercial decisions.
Practical action.
And building a business that works better without requiring you to sacrifice your sanity, family, weekends or will to live. Because sometimes people do not need another shiny idea. They need someone to sit beside them, listen, look at the chaos, and say:

“Right. Let’s sort this out properly.” Not everything is simple but the skill is to take complexity and make things simple and structured. ❤️

What a powerful morning at the Brava Women Online Business Summit 2026.

Women joined from NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and New Zealand, bringing such a strong mix of experience, ideas and practical insight.

What I really appreciated was how clearly the session was structured across three pillars:

Technology & Systems
Creating flow in your business, managing digital risk, and using AI in a way that actually supports you.

Marketing & Growth
Real strategies around promotion, paid ads, and building sustainable growth

Leadership & Mindset
Physical, emotional and mental safety, and how we show up as leaders in our businesses

I had the opportunity to speak within the AI segment on:

“The 5 Custom GPTs Every Woman in Business Should Have in Her Corner.”

Some people are still using AI like a search engine. A quick prompt here. A quick question there. The smart shift is to move to a more strategic approach.

Instead of relying on one-off prompts, you can build a small AI “boardroom” around your business. A group of specialised Custom GPTs trained on your business and systems that help you think clearly, stay consistent, and protect your time.

I loved talking about practical AI systems that support business owners to think better, work smarter, and protect their time, energy and focus.

A huge thank you to Dhea Bartlett and the Brava Women Networking for bringing together such a fantastic lineup of speakers and to all the incredible women who shared their knowledge so openly across each pillar.

If you were there, I’d love to stay connected here ❤️.
