CEO's and heads of organisations have a social and corporate responsibility for the people who work for them and the communities they serve. Responsible spending, compliance and leading with humility should be key performance measures.

Our Board and CEO advisory services focus on the working relationships between Board members and the CEO and the CEO and direct reports. We offer confidential and discrete assessment against performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.

2020 has been a very difficult year on so many levels. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to everyone doing it tough. Particular shout out to the many small business owners, the thousands who have lost their jobs, and our youth who are no doubt questioning what the future would be like coming out of covid-19. Stay hopeful, stay connected and please reach out and talk about what you are going through.

If you are one of the few business that are permitted to stay open during the Stage 4 restrictions, you must have a coronavirus (COVID-19) Safe Plan in place by 7 August 2020.

This is how we have supported one of our clients in the prevention and management of suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 outbreak/s.

Stage 4 ‘Stay at Home’ Restrictions will impact many. But stay strong Victorians - we will get through this if we support each other and stay safe.

As stated on the DHHS website, "the default is that workplaces in metropolitan Melbourne are closed unless the workplace is part of a permitted industry as set out below. All Victorians are required to work from home, except where this is not practicable. Sole operators can continue to operate, if they do not have contact with the public, or with people other than those persons living in their primary household.
Click on the link below to download the Guide for business - stage 4 restrictions (word) document that outlines examples of workplaces that are closed for on-site work, open for on-site work with a COVID Safe Plan, and where there are restricted operations or industry specific obligations.
This information is subject to the Directions of Victoria’s Chief Health Officer.
