I been telling yall I can see your full potential news flash I also see mine and sometimes that arrives as immediate pressure and the internal voice that says

“HURRY UP YOU ARE SO LATE AND YOU AINT SH*T”

Lucky for me I do have the tools to quiet that liar but I will bow down to how hard it can be

I wrote this crying 😭😅

Not because I am sad.

Because while I was speaking this truth… a soulmate client said yes….

And I realised it was because I finally stopped fu***ng forcing.

This week kicked my ass

Not because I was sick…

Because I couldn’t DO.

I couldn’t work
I couldn’t create
I couldn’t ACHIEVE

And it showed me exactly how much of my identity was still tied to productivity.

Because getting s**t done is both a gift and a curse.

Sometimes we use it to build

Sometimes we use it to hide
