We offer a wide range of products as many as some of the biggest players in the game, and will continue to compete where we can on price and forever making sure that we focus on providing you with the best service that we can. We are a small business and will no doubt get things wrong, but our ability to move fast and learn from our mistakes is second to none and we'll do everything within our power to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer. Our pricing is set at 2 levels, for professionals and for consumers. The pricing that you see online or in-store is for the consumer and if you're a professional, with a registered business and certified as a trade professional in this industry, by being forthcoming with this information will gain you additional discounts off professional products, or open up conversations about becoming a stockist to one of the brands we have on offer. Some of the benefits we offer for the locally surrounded community and generally within 25kms of our store can range from:
- Same day delivery if orders are placed before 4pm
- Free delivery within 20km
- First purchase receive 10% off
- Loyalty Points earned as dollars with every spend
- Local deals including discounts on bulk purchase (terms apply)

As mentioned, we are continuing to grow our portfolio of products and this is very much aligned to the feedback we receive from you.
