Southern Ocean Building and Consulting (SOBAC) is a premium residential and commercial builder based in Port Elliot, servicing the entire Fleurieu Peninsula and South Australia’s South Coast.
Founded in 2014 by director Dale Spencer, we offer a complete, full-service building experience. We manage every stage of your project, from the initial architectural design through to final completion. Dale incorporates his deep background in engineering to ensure every custom residential and commercial build is executed with absolute structural precision.
We understand that building a luxury custom home requires trust. We focus heavily on clear, continual communication to provide a highly personalised result. By explaining our step-by-step process upfront, we give our clients deep insight into custom build schedules, actively avoiding the budget and timeline blowouts that plague the traditional construction industry.
We do not compromise on quality. SOBAC exclusively uses high-quality products and materials, and we only contract the best local trades to deliver top-tier finishes on every project we take on.
