Our sincerest condolences from all the team at SWAT at the tragic loss of Peter Fraser, highly acclaimed Winemaker at Yangarra Estate.

We have had the pleasure of working/liaising with Peter on many occasions and it's been a privilege to have known him over the years.

He was an incredibly passionate and innovative winemaker who will be dearly missed.

We are thinking of his family, friends and colleagues at Yangarra Estate Vineyard .

Enolmatic is the AUTOMATIC FILING MACHINE designed to meet all the BOTTLING needs of both small and medium producers.

Looking for something COMPACT, PRECISE, and RELABLE? Then the Enolmatic is your FIRST choice for bottling.

This powerful unit, from Italian company Tenco is a single head vacuum filler for glass and rigid bottles. It is EASY to USE, EASY to DISAMMEMBLE, and EASY to CLEAN.

Enolmatic uses a VACUUM PUMP to draw liquid from the tank and into the bottle. The spout mounted on the machine determines the amount of liquid on the inside of the bottle and it will stop filling automatically once the bottle is full.

Made of HIGH-QUALITY plastic materials, the vessel is suitable for the filling of both alcoholic products as well as hot-fill processes.

The standard model has a plastic spout and food grade silicone gaskets, suitable for alimentary products.

At a rate of 250 bottles per hour, the Enolmatic is a great VALUE for both domestic and small winery bottling.
