We want to start by saying how blown away we’ve been by the support from our local community. The response to our recent service extensions has been extraordinary, and we’re committed to continuing this growth to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding region.
As many families are aware, our services through Lowood, Fernvale and Brightview (Run 15), as well as Rosewood, Walloon, Marburg and Minden (Run 11) to Plainland, are currently operating at full capacity.
We want to reassure parents and guardians that no student will ever be left without transport. To support this commitment, we have introduced overflow buses to help balance loading across these services and ensure every student gets home safely.
What does this mean for families?
Your child is guaranteed a seat to and from school every day while we work on securing a long term solution. This includes additional buses, expanded capacity, and improved service coverage with shorter journey times.
We appreciate your patience during this adjustment period and are excited to continue improving services for our region—made possible by the ongoing support of our passengers, their families, and our local schools.
