Quick one for anyone with a team: super is only deductible in the year the fund actually receives it, not the day you hit pay. Clearing houses take time, so the last week of June is cutting it fine.

Today we paused to mark a significant milestone. Meika’s 5 years with the firm. Five years of dedication, professionalism and genuine care for our clients and our team. Thank you for all of your hard work over the years Meika.

We also celebrated Ash’s birthday 🎁 plus enjoyed a visit from our youngest guest, baby Cole.

An incredible initiative supporting the apprentices and trainees of Gippsland.

We shared one stat that we hope sticks: put just $20 a week into your super from age 20, and by 65 you’re looking at around $286,000. Wait until you’re 30 to start? That drops to $146,000.

Same $20. Same habit. A $140,000 difference just from starting sooner.

The message was simple. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just start small.Because little habits? They become big lives.
