"What tonnage do I need?"
It's the first question almost every buyer asks, and the honest answer is that it depends on four things: material type, thickness, bend length and tooling. Thicker material needs more tonnage. Longer bends need more bed. Stainless takes more than mild steel for the same job; aluminium takes less but marks more easily if it's handled carelessly. Getting the calculation right isn't just about accuracy, it's a safety issue.
That's why our range spans 40 to 400+ tonne rather than pushing everyone toward the same machine:
🔹 Microbend (40–125T, 1250–3200mm bed) - the entry point for small fabrication workshops handling light gauge steel. Compact, high precision, cost-effective.
🔹 Powerbend Pro (80–400+T, 2500–6000mm bed) - for medium-to-heavy plate and varied job requirements. Multi-axis backgauges, CNC crowning and automation options give you room to move as the work changes.
🔹 Speedbend Pro (100–320T, 2500–4000mm bed) - built for high-volume environments where cycle time drives everything. Optimised ram speeds and advanced CNC control to maximise throughput.
All three are Ermaksan, built on high-strength monoblock steel frames, with Delem or Cybelec controls, servo hydraulic systems and repeatability to ±0.01mm. Properly maintained, machines at this grade run 15 to 25 years or more.
And every one arrives with installation, commissioning and operator training included, then stays supported by our in-house service department. Genuine parts, trained techs, right here in Australia. Finance options available.
