Last week, we headed over to OzHarvest for one of their Cooking for a Cause sessions for our team day!

Following a zero-waste approach, we all chipped in to cook and pack numerous meals to be sent out later to local charities.

We've found that team days like this are such a positive way for us to step outside of our usual roles and collaborate on a different kind of project. We’d already describe ourselves as a pretty tight-knit team, but opportunities like this serve to strengthen our team connection.

Plus, contributing to the wider community by working with an organisation like OzHarvest gives even greater meaning to these team days.
