The Mattress Recycler will be closing as of today, Friday 04th August.

Unfortunately, the ability to source outlets to process and recycle some materials has become futile and our business of manually deconstructing mattresses to gain the best recycling outcomes has become unviable.

We would like to thank some our wonderful clients who have supported our business for many years and genuinely value the impact recycling has on our environment. Thank you to Surf Coast Shire Council Horsham Rural City Council Ararat Rural City Council SouthernGrampians Shire-Council Moyne Shire Council Golden Plains Shire Council Hindmarsh Shire Council Wynndean Caravan Park Northern Grampians Shire Council Forty Winks Slumberworld Harvey Norman Federation University Australia SUEZ Australia and New Zealand

Thank you to everyone who has made the choice to recycle their mattress over the years - it really does make a difference and we encourage you to continue making the right choices for our environment 💚

Shout out to Repair Cafe Surf Coast 🙌

What an amazing service they offer their community and all ran by volunteers! If you are down that way heading to the tip with a 'broken' item, why not call in to see if it can be repaired instead.
