1. Fully Qualified Electrician

We’re on the lookout for a qualified electrician to join our expanding team as we enter an exciting phase of growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully licensed electrician (NSW)
• Ability to work independently and lead small jobs
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial wiring
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• White card and current driver’s licence
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience in mechanical or industrial systems (bonus)
• Level 2 accreditation (desirable, not essential)

2. 3rd–4th Year Electrical Apprentice

We’re also seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice who’s ready to build on their skills and take the next step in their career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year apprentice
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• A solid understanding of domestic wiring
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• White card and current driver’s licence
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Variety of hands-on work across multiple sectors
• The chance to problem-solve and grow in your trade

Koby has been with us since the beginning of the year, demonstrating his strong work ethic during his work experience from Toormina high school. He officially started his full-time role last Monday. If you happen to see him around town, feel free to say hello. We are excited to see Koby's journey towards becoming a fully qualified Electrician.

Aaron Cowling Electrical (ACE) is a small but expanding family-run electrical business on the Coffs Coast servicing clients in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

We love what we do, and our high standards and determination in getting to the bottom of even the stickiest electrical problem, means our clients love our work too. We’re often called on to solve the problems that have stumped other sparkies.

We’re big on diagnosing those hard-to-solve issues and love the satisfaction that comes from a good day’s work.

Due to a really promising pipeline of future work we’re now on the lookout for a fully qualified electrician to join our team as our business enters into a new stage of growth.

We are seeking someone with field experience who takes pride in their work and can excel in a fast-paced environment.
